It is not intended to source large current loads. 4 wire, 4-20mA current signal: signal (+) connects to I+ (terminal 2 in example) signal (-) connects to one of the terminals 1A through 8A DC power (+) provided on Uv (terminals 9-16) DC Power (-) connects to one of the terminals 1A through 8A

SIMATIC ET 200SP analog input module AI 8xI 2-/4-wire BA the difference between 2-Wire and 4-wire-transducers is that the 2-wire-transducers have their power supply through the measurement-wires. Thats the reason why only 4..20mA-range can be used with it. hope this helps, regards,

vicky bhau Posts: 114 Rating: (1)	Hi All, I Have VFD Hardwired ACS 560 I am Taking Vfd Speed To My AI Card But It Shows 32000 Value In IW Address. But Connect Those VFD Speed Reference AI To another Card (4 Channel Card Of ET 200 SP),this 4 Channel Card Shows Correct Value. Thanks

But question is whether your sensor is 2, 4 or even 3 wire, actually can you give us a conenction drawing of your sensor (VFD Hardwired ACS 560). How do you supply (VFD Hardwired ACS 560) .As far as I see from your picture you are using Uv. Maybe AI module has got not enough power to supply it, in that case you need to supply sensor from MCB directy. Leave Uv+ empty, and just connect your AI modul Power supply minus to the same minus of MCB that supplies sensor.
