Hello kalidasan, If your module 6ES7331-7KF02-0AB0 is in your hand now, please look at its side, you will see Four Black Squares. Each square can be set into position A, B, C or D. It's called measurring range modules. These modules should be set in its correct position according to the type of sensor you connect in according to the following table:
The above table can be found in theSIMATIC S7-300 S7-300 Module data, section "6.7.1" Moreover, you have to define the sensor correctly in HW config in order to recieve a correct value on the AI module. And moreover, when you set the HW configuration with the sensor measuring data, it tells you info about the setting of these measuring range modules as per the attached picture. Hope this helps.

Did you ever try to read the Manual ? The Black Bridge ( Not Bride ) Mentioned by Ayman Elotaifyis the set of 4 black submodules on the right side of the AI Module. As per your Sketch, that se correctly set at "D" for 2 wire trasducer. Just why have you defined the Module as 0-10V in Hardware Configuration. I think that Module "SF" LED would glow if channel type defined in Hardware Configuration and the Module do not match. First and foremost, the two must match. Thereafter if you face any problems, pl post them here Cheers Navnag |

Hello again, To finish this issue here, I would like you to see the attached pictures to know exactly where are the measuring modules (black squares) And please note that this module is 8 channels AI. with 4 groups. So each measuring module change the measuring range for 2 channels of that module.

I am wondering... In your pictureDSC_1782[1].jpg"+" and "-" from the meter. What terminals are used? According to manual on page number 3 there is "Connection to a PLC/Recorder, separate supply". Are you using this connection? Terminals 1 and 2. If you are using terminals 3 and 4 ( "output -" and "output +") as an input of analog module, then your problem is known. As8750-1manual.pdfsays:
You just short circuit an analog input of module. If this is a case.
