can this old version be direct replace  by  GK7343-5FA01-0XE0   version v4.2 

  without  to need  update firmware and others  things   .  ill appreciate any comments about it

To answer your question properly we need to know the model and firmware version of the CPU you will be using. Compatibility between the CPU and the CP 343-5 is the only problem I can see.
