MS1981 Silver Member Joined: 4/14/2010 Last visit: 9/18/2023 Posts: 514 Rating: (11)	Greeting, We have problem with our existing 7MH4601-1BA01 Siwarex U Module 24vdc applied on 1 & 2 Terminal but Indication not changes into green status. Voltage exist on both terminal is it means module faulty before few days system was working good but now after restart Module giving SF indication. Should we replace the old 7MH4601-1BA01 with new one 7MH4950-2AA01 because old is obsoleted. Please see attached online diagnostic file. Regard's Attachment Diagnose.txt (109 Downloads)

Which error can you see into the software, when you are online to the Siwarex U module? Another way is to measure the voltages between the following pins: Channel1: - pin 19 and 20 (in VDC) - pin 15 and 16 (in VDC) - pin 17 and 18 (in mVDC, the sign is important!) Channel2: - pin 12 and 13 (in VDC) - pin 8 and 9 (in VDC) - pin 10 and 11 (in mVDC, the sign is important!) Which voltages do you have? Best regards Siwarexi
