802D Faulty message

Rajni Bronze Member Joined: 12/14/2012 Last visit: 1/20/2025 Posts: 70 Rating: (2)	Sir I have one 802D m/c last 4 days m/s power shutdown Today morning when m/c start we face some problem in booting. when we selct the option there we get only three option 1 NORMAL MODE 2 SOFTWARE UPDATE 3 PLC STOP.. But its not given load save data & load default data my collegue also select all three option bt its not ok now what we have to do for this? We also do one another thing we press 1. > key 2. F2 key of Horizental 3. F2 key of Vertical Then we get option default data Really??? then we press Y again we get same Error

Ensure your 0V is properly grounded.. Ensure PCU is properly grounded. Just a suggestion... Regards, Prakash
