802D PL Profibus DP fault

PISCEAN 2010 Diamond Expert Joined: 4/23/2010 Last visit: 11/23/2024 Posts: 8092 Rating: (880)	Hello Experts, On one of lathe with 802D PL controller & 611U drive, following alarmis displayed. 380500 Profibus DP; fault of drive Z, code 28, value 0, time 44303 Refered manual & checked P 824 (code 28). It says, An error has occured when actvating function generator. Read at detail fault come from P1800. In Z axis parameter list, I could not found out P 1800. After P 1658, P 1804 is available. Alsoas per manual I tried to search for P826 & P825 i.e. fault value & fault time, butdidnot found any information on those parameters. Canany one help me to find out information on above parameters? Thanks in advance. DEEP.

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello Deep, The Error Code "028" means "Actual current sensing during power-up" When the current actual value sensing runs up, or in cyclic operation at pulse inhibit, a 0 current is expected. The drive system then identifies that no currents are flowing (excessive deviation to the theoretical center frequency). It is possible that the hardware for the current actual value sensing is defective -- >Check the plug-in connections -- >Check whether the control module is correctly inserted -- >Replace control module -- >Replace the power section and check Check it out... Please find attached here with extrats from manual related to fault code. This is how I am little bit confused about the fault code significance.
