TSH Posts: 73 Rating: (2)	Hello, Part should be 6ES7792-0CB20-0XA0, well spotted. In the past I have connected directly via RS232 or Ethernet port without problem. In this case my customer's PChas no com port, so the above adapter is used. If he connects to X8, the adapter shows no LEDs, so the unit is not reciving power. If he connects via the profibus, the adapter LEDs are lit, I have not used the last method, I am not sure whether this method works ok. Thanks TSH
