Hello, I guess that you have a security issue. The NC wants to access to the folder in the PC over the network, butI am afraid that the NC is not a known user in the PC. Look to the security properties of the folder. Like explained here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/security/learnmore/accesscontrol.mspx or here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308419 Settings depends on following points: - is the computer in a domain or a workgroup - is simplified or advanced sharing activated I am not sure, but may be you have to activate the user "guest" andadd the user "guest" to the accounts allowed to access the folder. Pay attention that doing that gives acces to the folder by anyone. |
