Hello.... If you have saved the data before when machine was in running condition you can call the data back by keeping switch S3 ==>(Start–up switch position 3) Boot with saved data The data which was stored earlier will come in to screen but you need tocheckyour part program and offset because old data would have come now. If you have not saved data beforethis infromation will not come. Q: What steps can I try to make to restore the system but no update SW? ==>If you have your NC-PLC data you can try to load the standard data from S3 swtich and load the backups and check.
