Hello, Try adjust the Gain parameter 1407 in drive md and check? disconnect the motor from the mechnicals and check whether motor is getting heated? Regards, Ekalavya |

Hi If it is a clearance you can compensate it with MD32450 but for what I understand you have a vibration in the motor (like a noise) which means that you have direct measuring system on the motor and the vibration isn't from the ballscrew but in the coupling of the motor with the ballscrew. If it is so, you don't obtain anything trough the MD 32450. You must repair the mechanical issue(s). Good luck Nit |
