810D PCU20 V6.3 BOOT ERROR

Hi,can anybody help me for my above mentioned Problem.

I am having System for Turning Center 810D PCU20 166Mhz/32Mb,V6.3 and CCU3.I am having problem while booting.The system boots and there some kind of ASCII characters at the end while booting.The last line is pl.enter a valid file name and then it goes on g:

I came to know that system software has been corrupted.

Pl.guide me;

1)How to create a .abb file.for the same.

2)Can a normal CF card can be Used?

3)If .ABB file is available.Can it be directly copied on to CF card and used to Load the software?

4)How to get Sinucopy software and the detailed Procedure for resolving the above problem.

Thanks for your suggestion.I had already checked what u have suggested.While I was checking i found that system boots normally some times .once it was booted normally with basic 810d screen and displaying the HMI Version i.e.V06.03.02.and message at bottom waiting for connection.I switched it OFF and ON again then again the same ASCII characters with the messagepl.enter valid file name etc.And then going to G:

Hi Eklavaya,

I have tried by removing the cables and again by plugging them.Also made sure there is no PC card plugged.still the Error persists.The system erratically boots normally after giving a hard try as OFF and ON whenever it displays those erroneous boot.Since,it boots normally abruptly,I strongly doubt there is still the software inside the FLASH MEMORY.Also I don't have the PC card for said version to try and reload it OR when boots O.K. to copy from system.

Kindly Can u provide me the PC card with software for the version i mentioned and a detailed procedure for same,as i found the procedure in DOCON a bit difficult to understand

Good Afternoon Eklavya,

Thanks again sorry to bother you.I received your procedure.In-fact was trieng the same either to copy internal flash backup on to PCMCIA card but there was an error. Initially after pressing "6" the system took some time to check availability of card in slot and then when i was pressing "8" there was no response from system.Hence could not take backup even.

Also let me Know whether the Scandisk CF card with Adapter will do to copy it.I dont have 64MB card and only have 512MB card.

If is there any thing to suggest on this.I again want to mentioned initially after depressing "6" whatever screen appears.I tried to press "8" but no effect.Also wants to Know that There is a message NO FLASH.SYS file Available

Good Morning Sir,

As u have mentioned .I had confirmed the formatting but still it gives a message error in opening flash.sys file.Also after caledra dos i pressed 6 it gave me message to press 0 update from pc ard butbut when i tried to press 8 as u have mentioned to take backup of flash there was no effect.also gave an error after pressing 6 that no software pcu20 found.I am confused.pl.help.also tell me can u provide me the pc card with system soft:Hmi embeded version V06.03.29
