We recently purchased a used Hardinge mill (2004 yr)using the 810D controll and simodrive 611 with a ccu3 and pcu20.When we tried to power the mill up it had lots of plc errors.I think the machine data may have been corrupted since one of the errors was "machine data doesnot match machine",also"plc has not started". Because of this we did a nck and plc reset procedure and were going to reload the .arc files that the machine builder had sent us. Attachmentpictures.zip (508 Downloads) |

Hello, Yes you need to clear the errors before loading the backups... Unable to see the screen shot could you send the same? Try clearing your NC PLC properly it should clear...Check this link for clearing the steps may be useful. /tf/WW/en/Posts/45967#top Regards, Prakash |
