810D Sinumerik can not boot up.

andra01 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi all, our machine DMG ( DMU 50 eco with shopmill ) Sinumerik 810D CPU 810D, CCU3.4, software ver 6.5., suddenly when power up machine cannot booting just show on display Powerline 810D and at bottom "waiting NCK connection" with second count up. On CCU : +5 ----- Green PR--------green NF ----- red PS-------- red SF------ red PF-------- red CB------ red PF0------- red - ------- not light - ------- not light on 7 segment display ( H3 ) show " 8. " i try to clear NC and PLC , result same..can not reset, on 7 segment display still stated "8". any advise for this problem, tq. best regards

On H3 still show "8" can not get s.tatus 6. after i search thread with similiar case , i suspect the CCU card is defect. Now i want to try repair this unit, hope can get luck. best regards Tata sukanta
