810GA3 program loading

Controls_Engineer Posts: 60 Rating: (1)	Dear all, I am having a grinding machine with 810GA3 controller. I am having the following backupfiles for this machine. 1.NCMD, 2.PLCMD, 3.PLCPGM, 4.PLCTXT, 5.SEA, 6.TOA, 7.UMS, 8.RPA, 9.ZOA. Pls let me know how to load all these files into the controller if any data got corrupted in the controller. Also let me know in what order all these files to be loaded. DATA ,.. clean NC, PLC MD, load standard nc plc MD; SK: NC DATA->. clear PP and format alarm text SK: PLC-INITIAL-->clear PLC and Flags, load user PLC prog (if there is a menu) SK: DATA IN/OUT--> SETTING DATA BITS: set 5010=00000000; 5011=11000111; 5016=00101000 select interface No1; connect RS232 CABLE then start your PCIN software in your loptop to transfer your files transfer sequnce: your file # 1-2-3-4-6-8-9-7-5 good luck!
