LERO Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	i want to transfer (machine data-TEA1 from my notebook to sinumerik) but i get error "27 ORD9 data input disabled" SD 5010 00000000 SD 5011 11000111 SD 5012 00000000 SD 5013 11000111 The same problem iswith TEA2.But with PRA,ZOA,TOA(rparameters,zerooffset,tool) there are no problem -can be transffered. cable is OK ,because some time ago i transffered all system to SINUMERIK. [:cry:][:cry:][:cry:][:cry:]

SteveJ Posts: 328 Rating: (29)	Dear Sir You may need to enable the system passord via "EYEBALL" key to upload MD files, TEA1, TEA2 etc... Also, RS232C configuration may be overwritten by upload of SEA files, please check ensure 5016 = 00101000 Best Regards SteveJ

meo Posts: 5 Rating: (1)	Dear LERO, have you selected the COM port at Sinumerik ( COM1 -front panel or COM2 rear, inside the cabinet)? Normally, after system data delete, there is no COM selected, it shows "0" and here you must input 1 or 2, then press INPUT button. (prefer 1, is in front) Maybe this helps you, too. LERO Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Very strange think happened.I took out CPU card ,card with eprom(battery) , and baterry(3.6V).Next day i tred to upload sistem again (TEA1,TEA2.......) , put the battery and the cards back to SINUMERIK and transfer was OK.[:o] But (always is some "but"),extra handweel doesn't work.Also is problem with G1 function - when program call G1 function all drives just stop(no mistake on SINUMERIK) ,when we use G0 function machine running.In MDI function G1 workes well.Maybe the problem is with measurement speed -working spindle ,because on the SINUMERIC screen ,actual velocity is 0 -it has to be 1000 ,but the set velocity (for example is 1000) and working spindle is turnning.I hope someone will understand me what i'm trying to say.

Go into startup mode (Eyeball key, password, startup) Clear all NC Data, PLC Data, Clear NC Memory CLear PLC Memory. Load Standard NC Data (softkey) Load Standard PLC Data (softkey) Format the NC Data Memory (softkey) Stay in Startup Mode and set up the RS232 Interface for your Laptop. Startup has its own page for RS232 settings. Download all backup files except the message file. Check that the correct file type is displayed on the input screen as the file is loaded e.g. TEA1 and that the file type stays displayed until the whole file has been loaded. When files are loaded correctly reformat the NC Memory to get the correct amount of part program storage. Format the message memory Load the message file. Exit the startup mode and all should be back to normal. ***** Only carry out the above if you are confident you have good backup files. ******* If you have any doubts then print the machine data files out and check them by hand looking at the machine data pages on the screen and comparing them to your printout. Or download a copy of the data in the control to your laptop and use a compare untitlity to find any differences.
