810T GA1 "ausgabe gesperrt" ??

NCFinland Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	I have loaded machine data to a 810T GA1 controller in a EMCOTurn 340TC lathe. I have also set the spindle speed limits and working area limits. The controller is in german language. It seems otherwise ok (finds reference, both axis move etc.), but I can't enter any values either to MDI/Automatic (for example, S100) or to JOG/overstore (for example, try to enter 100 to S field). When I write something and press enter, I always get "ausgabe gesperrt". Why do I get this error? I don't have external control panel. Does this have something to do with "input inhibit" of external control panel, perhaps? At the top right of the screen, there is "-K1". What does this mean? Manual refers to this space as "channel number". So "1" is channel 1, but what about the "-K"? I have downloaded all the manuals for the control and tried to solve this with them. It is truly excellent service from Siemens to make the manuals available! Thanks!

Have you clearedthe datas properly and reloaded .Can you change the langauge to English and check what the exact error is coming. youcanchange the langaugeby going into NCMD parameter 250=1 Also try toenter the password 1111 and check.... NCFinland Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	I have reset and reloaded it according to instructions found here in "810_820 reload.pdf". It is my understanding that with 810T ga1 it is not possible to change language with settings. It requires changing language eprom. There is no parameter 250 to change. So I'm stuck with german language display.

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello.... Have you physically checked in the machine NCMD whether this parameter is present. If it is there you can change, Could you check the membrane keys on your keypad / display side have got stuck..... looks like something is jammed. Ekalavya

Normaly is posible please check. - You have NO referenzpoint reach --> Make a referenz for all Axis.(It is possible ? ) - There are a switch is wrong ( The name i dont know. You can turn and remove) ( Google means "key switch", please turn to other direction) - Are you give information correct in ? ( switch input, switch start, . . .) - You can try give in a "LF" before you start the "little code". Perhaps you need only an"machine operator" ? Please try: 1. Push in the emergy button --> Alarm are in the display --> Alarmnumber. 2. Make an error --> as sample turn on/off a "motor protection switch" --> do you see a Alarm or an Alarmnumber ? Please make a Photo from the complete Unit ( Push button on the front, down under the monitor)

I go, for example, to JOG mode OVERSTORE. I move cursor to S. I write "100" and press "enter". I understand from manual that this is how it should work. Emergency button causes "2000 ORD 1 Not Aus". I did get "1720 arbeitsfeldbegrenzing" before when I had not yet specified the working area limits. Sorry, I did not remember to test "motor protection switch". I'll do that later. How about "tool compensation". I have not specific tool compensation values yet. Could that cause this?
