828 measure workpiece unavailable softkeys

Hieverybody I am manufacturer in turkey. i use 828d v4.3.and i want to use workpiece measuring in jog.i want to measure center of the piece.but in jog mode,under measure workpiece button i couldnt see 'determine between two edges' softkey like in my attachment. are there any mask or anything? i have shopmill licence,3d simulation can u help me?
