These License need be purchased then only it is going to be worked / if it is not purchased it gives you the error message "Option activated with out License".If Option is purchased and you need to enable you need to go to Setup >Press the Etc key(>) after this go to Licenses Press the "Set option according to license" softkey to activate all of the options contained in the license key. You obtain a confirmation prompt that you must confirm with "OK". How to Check whether it is licensed ? you can look in to the DOCON WEB link https://www.automation.siemens.com/doconweb/content.asp?item=5305&cd=sinumerik_sinamics_10_2012_e&scope=all Check it out..
