840C: what is the reason for PLC MD messing

O.K.


But thinking, the machine must be switch of for repare.
Without a good battery you have often unnecessary problems.


Before1 year, often is the battery is emty (lower than 9,1 Volt)
(I check it everie week)
After 2 month the battery have 9 Volt.

I have send the complett unit for checking
( It is giving many companys for repair/checking Siemens-Komponents)
(All card are "professional cleaning" and checking)
(The RAM on the MMC are not good, we have send the company the Spare Parts)
(Spare we were encountering in stock)

We have made a "fixed price" for cleaning and checking for this problem. (1600 Euro)
I think it shold be more as 10 "cards" (9-Axis machine)

Now it is working good, without problems.
(Voltage checked every month or when we shold longer "switch off" )

Before 2 month we have an mechanical repair for 2 Weeks (Without no problems).


At last check the battery Voltage


Attention loss you datas:
When you will find the error ( Only the battery is often emty and that you have checked)
Check the battery current flows with main switch off.
Remove cards and check again.
Then you have the wrong card.

At this project i think 2 weeks,


Important: You must speak about the price and around time.


Note:
Important are the "negotiating price" and "negotiating around time".

You can say as example:
I do not need repair the cards, it is only "nice to have".
What must I paid (fixed price) when you onlycleaning and checking the card.

Then youhave cleaning card and you know, what card is not O.K.


Before the customer send the card/unit return:
You get a callback. Unit already is working or 1 card is not O.K.

He ask you,"do you want repair" --> if the price to high you can say NO.

If you have a spare you send this to the company.
( Ask before you send the units about this all (fixed price) )


On Wednesday i send you a "PM".
(Now in Germany we have holidays)
