Dear forum users, I need your suggestions. There is a problemwith 5-axis machine Fooke Endura equipped with 840D system with active TRAORI. There is a workpiece, which has beenmanufactured many times before (file PR2012_001.mpf), consequently no errors on another CNC-machine. Now, this workpiece has been machined on 5-axis machine Fooke Endura with TRAORI. While machining, some errors occurred. When maching with 100% feedrate, tripping-over on the program limit switch of Y axis takes place, but the axis is not stopped immediately, as it should, and as the result, we get a defective part. But, when maching with feedrate less then 70%, tripping-over on the program limit switch of Y axis takes place, but in this case, the axis is stopped immediately, as it should, so we do not have a defective part no more. So, when we use feedrate more then 70%, the axis does not stop immediately after itfaces with the limit switch and moves a little bit further after a collision and only then stops.
