840D & 810D controller

sagar k. Posts: 25 Rating: (0)	Sir We have severals CNC machines where using 840D & 810D controller. Same of those CNC controller are default password setting means (customer,evening,sunrise)but in same controller 840D having different password which is set bymy Predecessor. Now we are not able to setting axes MD & many more thingh,So what will we have to do for default settingof those controller's. Please help us Awating your valuable response. Thanks & regards Sagar K.

vki Posts: 63 Rating: (3)	Hi, You hahve clear nc by using switc s3 to 1 and press 0, after booting put s3 to 0 and press reset. after booting set password sunrise and load machine backup

Hai vki, If i resetted NC backup,is it unprotect the partprograms and user cyles.?? i didnt try/work for this. The SGUD and Partprogram protection is doing through parameter and GUD development..
