Hello There's a machine that has a very random fault, attached is the narrative of the Service Engineer: Please read. Any ideas regarding what could be causing this effect would be welcome, it's not the first time this has happened. 1. Machine power on( means Main switch on) after all the led's stopping blinking Master Start> Reset, Master Start> Reset> Error messages: 25201 NCU1: I/E recovery module not ready 25201 NCU1: Axis ZM2 drive fault Could not get the errors cleared with normal reset so I made another NCK reset Master Start>Reset>Master Start> Reset twice and the Z 2 axis went down by itself but I cannot tell you if it just drops down because of brake release or powered by the drive. After this was happens I did another NCK Reset following by Master Start> Reset Master Start > Reset and as soon I hit the Reset button the Z2 axis moves up in fast speed an probably hit the plus direction hard stop. I will also attach all the error messages. Attachment840d error messages.pdf (133 Downloads) |
