840D Power UP without data

Yahav Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hello Friends, I have 840D that i changethe battery 3 weeks ago. Since then the machine was power down and up again and worked without any problem. Today after a power up it seems the the PLC / NC data was reset (like a problem of a battery). I checked the battery and it have seems to be O.K What can be the problem?

dnrl80 Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	You can try check modified MD after enter new value in any MD and NCK reset. If the MD changed to default value again, the biggest reason is battery. And, you should check S3 on 840D. If you set to 1, every time NCK will be reset. S3 have to be 0.

Yahav Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Thank for the help. It is very strange. The S3 and S4 are at zero position. the NC , PLC was erased and also some part program on the MMC103. I am sure that the battery is O.K (i checked it) Is that can be due to unproper shuting down the MMC / machine?
