Import-User-1 Posts: 3609 Rating: (29)	Import of a Technical Question of the user Acto Acto I am having an intermittent fault occuring with my 840Di Sinumerik system. The fault reads " 300504Measuring Circuit Error of Motor measuring system". This is a dual axes X1 and x2 that are synchrounized with each having a linear scale. They are driven by linear motor. We have changed drive packages /cables /scales and linear motor on the X1 axis. Linear scale on X2 was recently changed also. Still getting error. Can you give idea of what to look for next?

List Posts: 664 Rating: (17)	Hai Import-User-1 * Please try to configure the axis with Motor Encoder[Bypass the Linear Scale].,then check the error is coming.[Num of Encoder==1] * Try to check the ground[earth] connection to panel, drive is OK. and check potential between ground and nutral. * Check the Possibilities and Revert back...
