Hello, the picture language in the Graphics Designers depends from WinCC runtime language. That means, if the RT language e.g. is english - and you open the Graphics Desinger, the current picture language is also english. If you change the WinCC RT language, it is necessary to close first the Graphics Designer and open it again, so that the current pictute language is changed. With the funktion DMChangeDataLocale() it is possible to change the WinCC RT language and with the function PDLCSOpen() it is possibile to open a pictute in Graphics Designer.
