A8000 + HMI comfort modbus writing error

BalazsMagashegyi Member Joined: 4/6/2021 Last visit: 3/21/2025 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I have the following issue when I write a register from a TP1900 to a A8000 device: an external tag is written with "SetTag" command to an external tag the A8000 device gets the value right BUT a moment later an alarm occurs: "Tag "mytag" : PLC Address Error" With 190004 code of error. Some moments later this alarm disappear and "The tag is updated after the cause of the last error state has been eliminated (recovery of normal operation)." With 190001 code of error.occurs. The read external registers are shown on HMI correctly, without any problem. The communication protocol between the two devices is Modbus TCP/IP. Devices: HMI: TP1900 Comfort (SLAVE) A8000: CP8050 + CI8520 + CI8551 I did some tests: ModScan + A8000: Used my PC with the IP address of HMI, and wrote the same register from ModScan. Result: NO ERROR occured. Simulated HMI + A8000: Used my PC with the IP address of HMI, and simulated. Result: THE SAME ERROR occured. I cannot identify any difference between the two captures. What is the exact definitions for these events to be triggered?
