sibi05 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi, I was seriously looking for S7300 cpu architecture and memory concepts in this forum.I could'nt able to find out. Please help me out of this. Basically i am into lot of confussionin the below, 1) what is load memory? 2) what is work memory? 3) Is load memory = MMC = ROM = PC HD?? 4) If MMC = ROM then what is mean by EPROM? 5) Is work memory = internal PLC memory = RAM = pc RAM?? 6) what is MC and MMC? 7) In one of the S7memory manuals (simatic s7300 cpus and c7 devices with slot for an MMC) i saw system memory. what is mean by system memory? 8) when i download a program from simatic PG to PLC(load memory) what are all downloaded to load memory??if am correct OB,FC,FB,DB and not symbol table, VAT table. 9) when i go online, i can see SFC and SFC. This SFC and SFB gets downloaded when i downloading the program or default it is available inside PLC?? 10) What is mean by power supply backup before or after CPU ON? If Possible please give a reference document. Thanks in advance.. sibi
