about the problem of the handwheel

gaoggggg Posts: 16 Rating: (0)	Dear alls, I have one problem with the handwheel:all the other functions are ok,only the wheel can not move the machine,I test the handwheel on other machine,it can work, the distributor for MPI has been replaced,I still have the same problem,I also check the four cables for the A,A-,B,B- to X121 of NCU board,it seems no problem,somebody has meet the same problem or can give me some help?thanks a lot!

pfuser Silver Member Joined: 9/18/2006 Last visit: 11/14/2024 Posts: 593 Rating: (64)	Hi. You can test the handwheel in DB10.DBB68, DB10.DBB69, etc. You must set the signals for axes that would move the axis (MCS - DB21.DBX12.0 etc, WCS -DB31.DBX4.0 etc). Best regards.

wolves and hawks Posts: 531 Rating: (34)	Did you check the settings on the machine. We once had a setting, so the force was set to 0 mm rotation. Otherwize it could be the handling via plc OB100 I think is the place plc connects to the different mcp handwheel and stuff.
