About V90 connection to S7-300 in step7 v5.6

Dear all.

Now, I have a project. My system includ 317F cpu and V90PN servo ,There are in position control mode, use telegram 111.  The software is STEP7 v5.6 and V-ASSISTANT.     I have some manual are 1200 or 1500 cpu call FB284 in TIA system, No one tell me how to use STEP7 V5.x  connect S7-300 and V90PN.

In step7 V5.x ,Need I create FB284?    But I do not know, what is the program in FB284....I can not open this function block...............  If I use false FB284 in STEP7 V5.x， need I create I/O image DB between the V90 and PLC? (word to word ,bit to bit ,Dword to Dword...) 

The connect must use profinet. ......Do you have a good idea? PLS help, thanks.

This block can be used with different telegrams. For the different telegrams there are different UDTs available. So there is also one UDT for Tel111. I think that's what you are looking for - have fun with it

My CPU is 317F-2DP, so I must use CP34-1 moudle connection to V90 servo controller.

about this, I can not use FB283 in Step7...  Now, in my program CALL FC11 and FC12, transfer data between the PLC and V90.

Online PlC and V90, monitor telegram 111, The servo feedback state WORD can be read in PLC DB, But in servo controller , I can not view PLC command WORD. From first word to last word, there are all "0"....

probably Bit10 in Control word 1 is not send to the drive. This bit needs to be steadily high. (please be also aware of High-Byte / Low-Byte switching when transferring control words from PLC to drive!) So try out to set Bit 10, then the drive receives data from the PLC.

 In my control word DB data buffer is DB257, the first control  word(PZD1) bit10 is DB257.DBX0.2.

I set this bit or input "16#047E","16#047F" to first control  word(PZD1), monitor PLC send area all right, but in V90 no signal alway.

16#047E and 16#047F is correct for control word 1.

So then maybe something with the call of your FC11/12 is not correct? I only know system functions SFC 14/15 (DPRD_DAT and DPWR_DAT) for cyclic communication. Maybe you try to set up the cyclic data transfer with those functions. Please also check to send and receive the correct number of words with the system functions (length of DB must be exactly the same as in the set telegram). The correct address of course is also important, but if you say you can read values from the drive, you probably have the correct one already.
