After adding new user with appropriate rights, are there any log in and log out templates I can place on a form to enable users to log on or to log out? Do you have any examples? Thank you P.S. I have followed this: https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&lang=en&objid=27068495&caller=view and I placed the code in apropriate buttons. I don't know how to check if procedure was correct and If operator rights are changed...

After creating a user, when you activate WinCC runtime, the login window appears automatically. For this window to appear, at least one user should be added in the User Administration. The user can log off by clicking on the key symbol in the keyset or clicking the username in the top right corner. See attachment. On this machine I working on there is WinCC 6.0 and Step 7 installed, so I must to add these log in/out buttons myself. After adding buttons I need to define functionalilty. After addin new user under "Users" there is no automatic appearance of login form.

Phantom75 Posts: 2661 Rating: (279)	Jasner: Sorry about that! I never used "native" WinCC and did not fully comprehend the limitations! The following FAQ should help solve your problem: How can you implement login/logout via a button in a picture? I noticed a "mistake" in this FAQ: Replace PWRTLogin with PASSLoginDialog and it will work correctly. PWRTLogout is not needed. Regards
