DEAR SIR,

I am retrofiting one boring machine with 840d system,

The machine having 6 axes and one spindle, X,Y,Z, W,B,A ,SP

All AXEOS motor encoder are absolute.

All external encoder are absolute encoders.

X,Y,W axes connected with linear scale Absolute, make: heidenhain.

Z,A,B axes are connected with Rotary Encoder, make :heidenhain, 2048 ppr, ROC413, endat01

External encoder Z and A AXIS.Reference position lost every time power off and on,

Reference Symbol showing and 34210 ENC_REFF_STATE == 2 showing.

I changed external encoder cable , there is no improvement.

I changed axes control card on drive side , then there is no improvement.

Kindly help me to slove the problem.
