I had a similar problem recently and submitted to Siemens via Support Request The answer I received was something like this, "Yeah, that happens sometimes. Changing it to Absolute is the know work-around". I urged them to forward the complaint to Siemens HQ to either note it in the documentation, or fix the problem. |

Hi, I can confirm this problem also exsists in TiA V11 SP2 update5. It is very annoying and sometimes I can fix it by deleting the hmi tags where the bug occurs, then compile > rebuild all, then recreate them and compile > rebuild all again. It is a pain in the ass I know. |
Keep it simple and on-topic. |

In TIA Portal V14 is the same problem. If I change access for absolute I have connection- I mean I can for example change tag in PLC from HMI's button. But problem is if someone using optimized blocks then you can't use absolute access: Siemens Support |
