Hello chilibangcarne use"F_GLOBDB".VKE0 where you need anRLO of 0 and "F_GLOBDB".VKE1 where you need anRLO of 1 (Siemens uses the German "VKE" word for this irrespective of the Step 7 language setting. While this may seem"odd" they do however at least state the correct German "VKE" related variable names in the Safety programmig manual). I hope this helps |

Hello chilibangcarne I see where the confusion comes from. The help I was refering too is from the manual S7 Distributed Safety - configuring and programming(ref. page 65, "Differences betwen F-LAD/F-FBD and standard LAD/FBD"), which has the correct "VKE" related variable names in it. The help you are refering too is from the inbuilt Step 7 help about "Differences betwen F-LAD/F-FBD and standard LAD/FBD) and should be identical to the manual, but unfortunately it isn't and uses the wrong RLO related names that you are refering too. Let's hope Siemens will fix this "typo" with the next Step 7 SP (I'll send a PM to the Moderator who can pass this on to the Step 7 team). |
