Access unified panel from web browser

Hi,

i have 7" unified panel. How to access hmi from web browser(crhome)?

I am using TIA 17. I enabled remote web client in settings but it doesnt work.

Once web access is enabled, you can access the web runtime in your browser using the Panel's IP address. The URL would be something like https://192.168.0.2/device/WebRH. You will probably get an error because the certificate is unknown to your browser. However, if you accept this risk, you will see the Runtime.

What exactly is not working? Is the IP address reachable? What does the browser show?

I attached a picture of the error that I get when I try to access HMI through web browser. Proxy is disabled, and I tried disabling windows firewall, but it has same problem.

I connected my PC to X1 port on HMI. Also, I haven't installed any certificate on my panel. 

I can use smart client, but I want to use web access.

It looks like the web runtime is not running. Can you please provide more information? What image version is being used on the device? Is Update 5 already installed? Please also try using the V18 image on the Comfort Panel without changing the project.

I downloaded update 5, but the result is the same. I don't have TIA v18. Is it necessary to have TIA 18 to be able to use panel image v18?

The information about the panel is in the attached image.

The screenshot you provided does not show update 5 installed, it shows V17 with no updates. However, the web client should still be accessible. I have tried with the exact versions shown in your screenshot and had no problems.

Please check that web access is enabled on the device.

Have you tried pinging the 192.168.0.11 IP address?

Yes, I can ping it and I enabled web client, but still no access on web browser. I can also access panel via Sm@rtClient. I also disabled any password protection.

edit: I managed to get first page on web browser and when I try to Start project I got error "Missing IdentityProviderURL. Please fix UMC configuration"

Were you able to figure out what causes the "missing identityproviderurl" error message? 

Bkgnd:

I'm looking at a service request that has the same error message, and I suspect that a configuration issue in the ES causes this.  Perhaps, not filling out the server / identity provider address field, before the Runtime data is downloaded to the panel.  However, it'd be good to find out what actually causes it....
