Hello Goran; Please verify that both LEDs on your PC Adapter are effective;y not turning on. And please provide us with the part number of the PC Adapter you are using, and what software version you are using to connect to the network. Normally you shpuld have (at least) 2 LEDs on the Adapter body, one for Power that lights up when the connection is established to the PLC (power is provided to the adapter through the Sub-D 9-pin connector or the USB connection, depending on your model) and an Activity LED that will flash durong data exchanges. Some models include a 3rd LED for Fault signaling. For example you can examine the LED display meaning for the PC Adaper USB in the attachment below, taken from this manual: SIMATIC PG/PC - PROFIBUS PC Adapter USB A2 Operating Instructions Now, if no LEDs are active, it means that there is no power from the CPU or the USB connection. Your adapter might be defective. Start by checking the cables to the PC and the PLC, and make sure the PG/PC interface is correctly set (there is information on these settings in the proposed manual). Hope this helps, |

Hi, I changed profibus universal to DP, and it seems to work correctly. |
