ACS790 software cannot see the OZW10 unit.

Hello Bela,

unfortunately I do not have a PC with Windows 10 operating System, 
but I suggessfully managed to run a OZW10 V4.12 on my Windows 7 PC
together with ACS790 Version 12.11.010. 

Preconditions are:
- ACS Tool started "As Administrator"
- OZW10, Operating Page 4, Line Number 48: 2 (PC locally without alarming)
- Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port (COM4) visible in Device Manager

Now, when you create a new ACS project, you need to select the OZW10 from the device library (offline engineering) and select as project Type: "M-Bus". After that, you need to add the OZW10 to the Project in the Application "Topology" manually. When you then try to connect, you can choose as connection property "Serial" - "ComX" (COM4 in my example) and everything should be fine?

I get only the "No carrier signal" message, if the serial cable is not connected. And as serial cable you need to use a "NullModem" or a "Link" Cable (Rx/Tx crossed out).

By the way, on OZW10 Operating Page 3, Line Number 48: you see, if serial communication is suggesfully diagnosed (Value is changing from 0 --> 2).
