Hello

Hot swapping can be achieved only with S7-400 CPUs (and high end S7-300 CPUs).
The reason is that at every module insert/remove event, the CPU goes in OB83 which is loaded only on S7-400 CPUs (and high end S7-300 CPUs).
So, OB 83 must be downloaded.
All other error OBs should be there too.
Please look at the attached PDF so you can know how insert/remove function works.
Please also look at this FAQ to know which OBs should be there for error handling.
