I am out of ideas that is why I need to ask. Is it possible to use ActiveX/.Net object in WinCC Advanced v13?

I put Label object from My Cotrols->.NET controls->Label

but I cannot get to the (I don't know) properties (methods) of object.

Siemens Support Answear:

My Controls are not supported in WinCC Advanced and its functionality is blocked. The Activex/.NET can be used as from WinCC profesional.

Yes, you are right even I tried same method to connect my HMI tags to .Net Control object text property as I could not find any other way to connect my HMI tags to directly attach like WinCC Prof.

Have you found any method to it?

Siemens replied to my previous post that there is no support for .Net Control in WinCC Advanced, Then I don't know why they have provided such option in the first place.

 you can use ITag to read and write tags in the HMIRuntime,

it is defined in Siemens.Runtime.ControlDev.dll
