Actual font text size in Wincc Unfied

Text size can be affected by your monitor's DPI setting. I have this issue with the comfort panels when I work from home on a larger monitor. Perhaps the browser is using a different DPI setting than Notepad. The default is 100%, but sometimes Windows will bump it up to a larger value automatically.

You can check the settings by right-clicking on your desktop and selecting 'Display settings'. It should be one of the first dropdown combo boxes.

Let me tell you that I do not have the HMI, that is why I am testing the screens in the web brower chrome.

1. I compare the sizes between notepad and the text in TIA PORTAL editor, and I see the same issue. I guess It would be impossible that TIA PORTAL editor shows an incorrect actual size different from the one that the HMI would have, otherwise it would be hard to create a program. Let me show an image.

2. Apparently, the smartserver, don't work if I dont have the actual HMI.

2. In the windows display settings, I have Scale and layout 100%.

Thank you so much. You are right, the actual size is in pixeles. It is like a bug that WINCC Unified consider this as a pt.
