actual speed pulse is not good

hello every body

i have one motor in production line and it's encoder pulse is very bad.i did very attempt to improve and solve it but problem is there yet.i send 3 picture about it.can every body help me?how can i get the suitable signal from encoder?it should be mentioned in that line,there is some other motor but it's encoder pulses are ok and just this motor has problem.

Disconnect the motor's load. It always helps.

It's hard to tell what you should do. But I don't think it has something to do with encoder signal. To be able to help you futher more info is needed:

- what kind of motor and encoder you have ?

- is it open or closed loop control? speed only or also position ? DSC ? if closed loop - are controllers optimized ?

- what is the load?

- how the drive chain looks like?

- did you check that there's no mechanical issues ? ie. damaged bearings

- the motor is WEG (22 kw) and encoder is 'OG9D 1024 PULSE'

- it is close loop,speed only,controller optimized i think did,but if need to check,help me please?

- load is one gear box and steel sheet in production line.

- i did n't understand a bout' how the drive chain looks like?'

- bearing is checked,if it has problem,motor vibration gone up,but it is ok.

Hi.

When you disconected the drive did you optimized controllers once again ?

"gear box and steel sheet " - Is it kind of a roller press or something else ?

"drive chain" is all fancy mechanical stuff between a motor and a driven object, i.e. ties, cams , manifolds

BTW, it's better to upload here actual trace file. Most of people working with Sinamics can view it anyway.

when i disconnected it,i did measurement (auto tunning) again.

load is not roller press,just roll is rotating and move the sheet in line.

drive chains are ok.

I uploaded the actual trace file here,if you check the trace file;you see just in some speed problem is there and in other speed it 's ok.

I have the same thought than jacek d. Maybe you need to do a better optimization. 

When you did the configuration, in the calculation of the motor/controller data, which kind you chosen?

- no calculation

- complete calculation without equivalent circuit diagram data 

- complete calculation with equivalent circuit diagram data

When you did the motor identification (auto tune), which kind you chosen?

- identify motor data at standstill and with motor rotating

- identify motor data at standstill

- identify motor data with motor rotating

- identify motor data, standstill/rotating, then operation

my sugestion is disconect the load the tune the motor complately with encoder and trace again

if you rotate manualy and the is no problem you should check the process and mecanical part

but if still there is problem without load

1- check the cable of encoder specially shield

2- the encoder is hallow shaft or no check the part of encoder which connect to the end of motor it should be fix
