Actual Torque Reading from Festo-CMMT Servo drive(Profinet-Communication)

Hello,

 i am using festo CMMT-AS-C2_3A-PN-S1 profinet(GSD Device) drive with siemens S7-1513 CPU and i am driving the in absolute position mode by SINA_POS function block its working well,.

  for safty point of view i need to read actual Torue value/ Actual Current value in PLC,

 I gone through SINA_PARA fb but didn't get any parameter related to Torque value.

 Please suggest how to read Actual Torue or Actual Current value.

What telegram are you using? Which are avalable to you?

If you are using standard telegram 1, you would not get access to act_torque value.

Hopefully some of the more experienced Siemens folk will chime in.

I've used quite a few of the g120c pn inverters, those i've setup with standard telegrams that i've extended to include act. torque value and other things i wanted, being a native drive that is easy in the tia portal. How you would go about getting that i'm not sure.

i don't know the contents of the  festo telegram, but maybe the torque value is in one of those words(see attachment)?

Hi, 

I really suggest to exchange also Festo Telegram 910 (ass you can see in the picture). And  in the Extended process data select: Actual Torque Value Motor Shaft.

Alternatively you can use: SINA_PARA_S on the same parameter.
