Acyclic communication between CU305PN and S7-1200

Rajesh Hebbar Posts: 16 Rating: (0)	Hello, Can some one help me with a sample program that establishes Acyclic communication between S7-1200 CPU and CU305 PN on profinet. I have been able to work with the CYclic communication working well and the MDI motion commands are being executed through the profinet. But apart from this I require to write in to the Traversing block parameters in order to change them through the HMI. I have tried using WRREC and RDREC commands but have been getting errors like Invalid Slot ( Error Code B2) and access denied (Error Code B6). A tested sample program would be of great help. Thank you in advance.

I do have implemented that succesfully and do not have any issue in that. I am looking for help file where PN Acyclic communication is implemented. Rgds

This project contains a program with acyclic communication between S7-1200 and S110. There are also some watch tables to use the acyclic communication. This project contains a program with acyclic communication between S7-1200 and S110. There are also some watch tables to use the acyclic communication. Hi: I tested this example, but my status output always returns hex. values DE 80 B5, which according to FB online help means the DP Slave is not ready... Nevertheless it's in fact ready because profinet greenlighs are ok and PZD values are updated. I also checked ID, it's also ok. Any idea? Anybody else tested this example? Thanks in advance!

A CU can only handle one request at the same time. So maybe theprogrammsends more than one request. Then the requests handicap eachother. Then also 80B5 can occure.
