Here's the link for all versions. You can find the version of your PC Adapter printed on it.

S7 software include the update of  Simatic drivers "PC Adapter USB A2 up to V8"

So....you can't able to install these older versions in this case.

If you remove V8 ,you can install these older versions.

Why do you need this driver ?

It is needed to be installed only for old version of STEP7 ( I think upto 5.3 )

Newer versions ( Including STEP7 V5.5 ) include this driver, which is automatically installed when you install the software.

 For USB A2 Cable Not required to installed Driver it Automatically Installed When Plug the Cable..

For More Details Required If Problem Not Short out 

1. Which OS Use. 

2. Step 7 Version Installed.

3. Other Siemens Software installed.
