add graphicfile in a report layout

philipli Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Hi, I want to add a .pdl file on a report layout because i already have all info on that graphic. is this possible to do it? and how to do it? itried to use the template @INC-PDL picture drawing to create a new layout but couldn't find a way to add the graphic name. Please help. Thank you. Philip

Nemo Posts: 3149 Rating: (171)	Hi, as far as I know a embedding an offline-pdl is not possible. But you can make a screenshot of your pdl and embed this hardcopy in report designer. nemo

If i make a screenshot and display it in the report, will all tag valuesbe displayed on the report based on the time the print job is done? I also want to add a data and timeon the report, but i got a message indicating that i am not allowed to add a system tag on the report. have i done something wrong on the settings? Thanks

Nemo Posts: 3149 Rating: (171)	Hi, you can add the Systemtime in the static part of your report (view > static part). If you are triggering your report e.g. at 15:00, the report designer is preparing at 15:00 (and your screenshot as well). Concercing the inc-pdl refer to the report designer online-help => DON´T TOUCH THEM!!!!! nemo
