OHAJ Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Licence is transfer USB -> HDD C: check lic.nr. is OK All process Automation License Manager is run> http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/18865336 Uninstall the ALM (Automation License Manager) Delete the file "almdb.mdb" Reinstall the ALM? If you select any other PLC with different firmware than 4.0, does it allow you to click OK? It may be you need to perform a repair of your Portal Installations (windows control panel - programs and features) Did you remember to "Run as Administrator" when originally installed?

It may be you need to perform a repair of your Portal Installations (windows control panel - programs and features) Did you remember to "Run as Administrator" when originally installed? Others go OK, but I'm not logged in as a user, but as an administrator! I have no words, support for Slovakia, and no support from Siemens same detto and if you happen to come answer, so by robot -"I IA DT Service & Support China"<support.adscschina.automation@siemens.com> Attachment SIMATIC S7-1200 (212-1BE40-0XB0).jpg (222 Downloads)

With V13 basic update 4, the support for that PLC is there as you can see since it appears in the list. Have you already submitted a support request? Support Request

When Support is "useless", tell them to escalate to Siemens HQ. You will not settle for "has never seen before"!!!

I cannot read the last image words, but it looks like your computer has a virus or bug which may certainly cause a problem. Or, is it that your antivirus program did not properly exclude a Siemens process which kept it from working? Please explain if your problem is solved.
