generally I recommend check that red ball Icon in your Online prj tree. This point to some problem, right? You can also check diagnostic buffer of CPU, there you can also see some description of events. Generally, correct cfg of module is expected, downloaded to CPU and correctly wired with power source.

i didn' download the hardware configuration. where can i foud it and what is tha specific hardware that i need? 

it said not accessible.

 I think the configured module in your project tree mayn't be the same as the physical module connected. Or your module is not connected properly. Did you check whether you had connected the slider in the module to the CPU for establishing communication and transfer signals?

Select your PLC  in Tree. When you right mouse click, go to 'Download to device' -> Hardware configuration

 from the photo i can see the supply input is connected to the wrong terminal. please move the connection to the bottom terminal.
