Hello Per Olof Packing of addresses is only possible for ET200S I/O station (Profibus DP Slaves or Profinet devices) which I presume is what your second screen dump shows (see also How can you group together the address area of the ET 200S (pack addresses)? for more on this). You can unfortunately NOT do so for the I/O's thatare located in the IM151CPU rack (be it an IM151-7 or 151-8 CPU, see also IM 151-7 CPU: Porting Programs with Packed Addresses for more on this). I hope this helps and perhaps one day Siemens will come up with a way to allow this (one must never loose hope). EDIT: Just realised that your very first screendump shows usage of an IM151 Profinet I/O device. In that case you should be able to pack the addresses (it certainly is possible in the "classic" Step 7 so I presume it would or should also be possible inTIA Portal Step 7 so try the trick as per the above link). |
