Address-Profibus DP-Serial No.

We have a program already run in a plant consist of:

CPU S7-317 2DP/PN,drives G120,Servo drives S120, Simotion D445-2DP/PN and control valve block " Burkert 8640" connected together through profibus and profinet.

I need to understand the following points:

1-in the HW Configration we notice the following address in the drive Sinamics G120 

I Address     266....271

Q Address   266.....271

I did not find this address in the program when using "cross reference" although this drive run.

This address not a physical address as in the PLC rack.

• What is the type of this address?
• How can we find it in the program?

2-If the control valve block Burkert connected through Profibus DP

How can we test"force"these valves(on/off) online using the program on PG?

3-If drive G120 or sevo drive S120 or simotion or motor damaged,so we replace it with a same type.

Do we need to modify in any setting due to the serial number is changed?

1) Is it handled by S7 or by Simotion?

If S7: this is a physical address. But it might be accessed indirectly. Try to search in the project for "266". Or find an FC/FB  used to control G120 drives.

If Simotion: this a physical address too. But Simotion does not use physical addresses but symbols. Check the Address list. It's also possible that G120 is handled with a technology object of type axis.

Replace:

TechTeam say the most for this:

Replace G120,S120.Simotion = change physical Device , insert the old MemoryCard, boot up

Replace Motor depends on which motor you use and which functions, it can be that you must do a safety acceptance test (HW Change) if you use safety.

Only: If we change the motor with the same type,we need to change the serial number of it in the program.

Where we need to change the serial number of a simatic components"Simotion-Sinamics,motors.." if we replace it with a similar one?
