Addressing Problem??

th0ny_15 Posts: 18 Rating: (0)	Good day, im having a problem regarding 4 DI NAMUR physicallyit indicates that the card is in SF mode while as i online the programfor the hardware configuration there's no error indicated...as if the "module is okay" i dont understand why both indication are not the same... i also see that theres a possibility that the di card in the program is not the di card i saw in the field but theaddress(dip switch) in the dip switch and allphysical factors (part number, nos. of card in the panel..etc)are the same. Please help me in regards to this... Note: IM card in the field indicates RUN

If you have a card with SF and CPU doesn't have any fault at all, thatmeans that the card is not in the hardware config of the plc so plc doesn't detect it and doesn't communicate with it. 1. Check Hardware Config 2. Check the Physical Rack 3. Check the address 4. Download your hardware Config Regards, Behnam www.sigmaprocess.ca
