ADF error

imka Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi everybody, Recently, I've loaded a program to S5 135U CPU 928B. The program has downloaded succefuly and for the first time the PLC has runned with a cold Restart. But for the other times also I shoud use a cold restart and now I have another problem. PLC don't run and it gives an ADF error. I've deactivated the OB blocks from OB 23 to OB34 with DX0. After this, PLC ran but with some problems and many function of the machine didn't work. In addition some of the output didn't activate. I've tried the ISTAK but I couldn't interpret it very well. I think one of the I/O has some problem. How can I find that I/O module? Funny thing is, sometimes it runs with cold restart but other times it gives the ADF error. I don't know what should I do? For better comprehension, The main rack has these units: "6ES5525-3UA21" , "WE706 6FM1706-3AA00" , 9 input modules , 6 output modules , "6ES5 308-3UA12". In addition it has 5 extension ET100 unit. First one has 3 input and 7 output card.Second one has 4 input and 4 output and one analog input.Third one has 3 input and 7 output.Forth one has 8 input and 3 output.Fifth one has 8 input and 3 output. And in FB235 a stop commando is programmed (OP-REG = 7003 = STP). Depth2: the ADF occured in FB139 (that was called by PB3) The OP-REG = E01F is the instruction AN I 31.0 (Eyxx = AN I, where y= bit number, and xx byte number) In other words, seems to come from an input module that covers address byte 31. If the ADF error always points to the same module, I would replace it. If the ADF error pointseach time to other addresse,think about a bus problem (you have decentralized I/O). I hope this helps.
